:)

wahahahaha!!!!!!!!! I found it!!!!!!!!! Well, more like someone found it and returned it to the lost and found section. Everything is in there. :) UK people are so civilised.

AND CHAPLAINCY'S ROOM RENT IS ONLY 35 POUNDS PER WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAAH, thats less than half i am paying now and the internet sucks! Messed up kitchen and etc etc. Better still, i can continue to stay on another year, and even longer if i continue to study in Heriot Watt!! SYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKK.

Cheap rents, complete-utensils-kitchen, peaceful nights, TV!, pingpong table, bicycle shed, TONS OF BOOKS (especially chaplain's own books and chaplaincy's books, he has a huge collection on physics and spirituality, which i believe we will have a great time talking about them :) Not to mention nat geo magazines, DOUBLE SYOOOK!!), music room (sanctuary actually, but its free to use apart from sundays, will get a guitar and jam with my friends), loads of friends to talk to in the evening, 10seconds away from lecture halls (hehehehehehe), AWESOME BACKYARD AND GARDEN (BEST, THE BEST BACKYARD ON EARTH. Will take picture and show you).

Ahhh, what else can i ask for, feels like Garden of Eden to me.

Things just get better and better everyday. : ) : ) : ) : ) : )

I can imagine myself waking up early and jogging around this huge, unknown backyard, then 50 push ups. Then have a cup of coffee and cereal, and maybe some toast, reading some physics book or devotional books ( i realised if you read ALOT, like 30-40mins before going to classes, especially thought provoking articles, you can actually concentrate ALOT better). Take naps in between lecture breaks or cook a good lunch, and have friends come over and cook dinner together every night (if possible, hehe). Might study in my room, but i would prefer to go to the library, for lighting reasons. In long afternoons i will spend time discussing about phyiscs and god with the chaplain, which i am sure he is more than happy to have someone to talk with (did i mention he has a phd in philosophy). At nights attend ICF and chinese Bible Study, and swim. Ocassionally cycle around the campus and the land beyond, or long walks into the unknown. Then play my guitar in the sanctuary, knowing that nobody will complain if i play too loud, because there is no one around. Then on weekends i might go on chaplaincy trips or have one of my own, or possibly the CAP ( Christianity against poverty) should be kicking off and i might spend my whole day out doing this and that. Then on sundays i will either cycle or take a good long 40 minutes walk to church, traveling past some authentic Scottish farmlands and hills.

This is the ideal student life.

I bet you are wishing to enjoy such carefree and simple life. Well, in fact, i was told i can move in this very summer, which means i dont exactly need to fly off after the last day of exam and get to stay in the chaplaincy already! moreover, there's actually 2 rooms for 2 residents, and the other one might not be around. So, any Uncle who wants to tee off in scotland (there's one just 20 minutes walking distance from campus!) or any Auntie who wants a super beautiful and quiet backyard all to herself, sunbathing and enjoying the cool summer breeze, there's lots of space here really. The living room is big enough to accommodate, well, 4 to 5 sleeping bags maybe? hahaha. Not sure is that legal or not, but no one is around during this time of the year, and the chaplain might like to have a few more guests too.

I am so so looking forward for the coming year ( starts early sept 2008).
