It was on sunday night, the 14th in a certain old church named Barclay church.
I am telling you, the building is just AMAZING.
Chandelier and rooftop. Overexposure here.
I went with a group of N. Irish to this orchestra, and they were all christians. Finally a gang that i can click with. Forgotten to take pics with them but seeing them again later. Erm, i guess they are all actually younger than me, 18 or 17.
Now, bout the orchestra itself. I got to say, they are just WAY better than Metro. Srylah. The were seriously good. And the worship was really awesome, and the presense of God really was so strong. I bet if our church members were there they would just fall flat halfway during the orchestra.
The strange thing is, 90% of the people were just like statues. 0.0 Really shocking. And they would just sit down and just talk to each other. RIGHT IN THE WORSHIP. And in such a great presense of God. Just couldnt believe it. What a mismatch.
Deadness vs vibranceness in the spirit. 0.0
Well, i expected my Irish friends to at LEAST discuss about the music, the orchestra, but they just left like nothing ever happened. Very very strange. And very dissapointing. I can only tell about their seriousness in God when i join their bible study group, cant comment now.
Btw, there's only one AOG church in Edinburgh, and i think the congregation is only 50 people.
Ok, on sunday morning, went to ther church that pastor ong recommended me to go. Kings CHurch. Its a new and small church but its truly similiar to Metro, although it was a little chaotic and less friendly. And this is the intereting fact, out of the 100++ ppl there, only 4 were scottish, haha. where are all the scottish!? They are moving to a new building soon ( really like Metro) and they came up with 350k pounds with a congreagation of 100 people!!
But they did take me to the pastor's home to have lunch with then and a few m ore 1st timers. The food was MOUTH-WATERING. Man, the scottish pies, the icecream with honey, and that hotcake, sooooooooo heavenly... And their home is just like a banglo, with huge gardens.
Gotta say i kinda like it, feels like home and theres a couple of asians around, but i will still be scouting around for the xt few weeks before i make my decision.
And this is what i have for lunch.

Cheers.
